We hope you love everything you order from Nothing Happier. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and issues.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
To start a return, please email us at hello@nothinghappier.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom or personalized items
- Seasonal or clearance items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right. When approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on the item and availability.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow several business days for processing.
